Cleanrooms are an essential factor in high-tech factories, with strict control over criteria such as dust levels, temperature, pressure, and humidity according to international standards. Each type of cleanroom has its specific requirements tailored to various industries such as pharmaceuticals, food processing, healthcare, electronics, semiconductor technology, weapons manufacturing, energy, and aerospace.
Vietnam is emerging as a potential market for the cleanroom sector, fueled by waves of industrial FDI investment. In 2023, registered FDI capital in Vietnam reached USD 36.6 billion, with even more favorable prospects forecasted for 2024. The global production chain shift in high-tech industries like electronics, semiconductors, and notable M&A deals in the pharmaceutical manufacturing sector are creating significant opportunities for Vietnam, as the development of high-standard factories is rapidly increasing.
However, the current cleanroom market in Vietnam still lacks environments for growth and connectivity. The Cleanroom Technology Seminar, held annually as part of the international CLEANFACT & RHVAC Vietnam exhibition, is the only event dedicated to cleanroom technology. The program is intended to be a rendezvous of sharing knowledge, fostering collaboration, driving innovation, and supporting development and create opportunities for both domestic and international cooperation for companies within the cleanroom supply chain.
